John Del Peral

John Del Peral is an experienced trainer in one on one and in group settings. He holds a degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University. John is Crossfit level 1 Certified and also holds specialty certifications in Kettlebells and Olympic Weightlifting. A former athlete, John has spent countless hours studying functional movements, nutrition, barbell training, and injury prevention and is eager to share this information with his clients. His expertise includes speed and agility/strength and conditioning for youth (age 10-18) and adult training for weight loss and mobility. John is currently an indoor coach at both the Crossfit Central facility and Crossfit @ RunTex on Lake Austin Blvd. Be prepared to be held accountable and have a high level of commitment when training with John.

Michael Gregory

Michael is a Level II CrossFit Instructor and received his USA Olympic Weight lifting certification under renowned Coach Mike Burgener. Michael has 10 yearsof experience in strength and conditioning and high intensity training. He has an extensive ability to work with individuals of all ages in both 1 on 1 and group settings. Whether you are a high school athlete looking to attend a team based strength and conditioning program or a retiree interested in gaining mobility and youthful energy; Michael will motivate you toward your maximum abilities. Michael has a passion for sharing his fitnesss knowledge with individuals ready to commit.

Chris Hartwell

Chris Hartwell has been an athlete all his life. His efforts have logged countless hours practicing Olympic, Kettlebell, and Power lifts. He is a CrossFit Level I Certified and holds a Kettlebell certification. Chris coaches outdoor boot camps as well as one on one training. He specializes in fitness for longevity of life and over all wellness. Chris is dedicated tohelp those who are ready to change their life.

Travis Holley

Travis Holley is a CrossFit Level II Coach, has a B.S. in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado, and has 3 years of experience coaching a wide variety of individuals ranging from young athletes to grandparents, and everyone in between. Travis has been involved with sports and fitness all his life – playing soccer, hockey, and football since a young age and continuing on to play soccer for the University of Northern Colorado. Recently, Travis competed in the 2009 Rocky Mountain Regional CrossFit Qualifiers where he placed 13th. Travis takes great pride in helping others reach a higher level of functional fitness through hard work and determination, and while doing so, improving one’s self-worth.

Crystal McReynolds

Crystal McReynolds graduated from Texas Tech University with a BS in Kinesiology and a minor in Nutrition. She is CrossFit Level II certified and PT certified through the Cooper Institute. She has been an athlete from a young age and has an intense passion for fitness and wellness. Crystal specializes in functional and strength training for all ages. Through her education and fitness training experience, Crystal is able to motivate individuals to obtain their best fitness. She is available for one on one trainging as well as group settings.

Crystal Nelson

Crystal Nelson is CrossFit Level II and Nutrition Certified with over 2 years of experience, as well as over 4 years as a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor. Crystal Nelson has been involved in sports her entire life including cross country, volleyball, basketball, softball, and track and field. She went on to run Cross Country and Track and Field at Angelo State University before transferring to Minot State University where she graduated with a BS in Exercise Science and a BSE in Physical Education. Her recent athletic accomplishments are placing 19th at the 2009 Rocky Mountain CrossFit Regional Qualifier, competing on the affiliate team for CrossFit Fort Collins (AKA Emergent Fitness) at the 2009 International CrossFit Games, and running the Colorado Marathon. Crystal is excited to share her on-going knowledge of nutrition, functional fitness, and passion for CrossFit and is ready to impact your life.

Zachary Thiel

Zach Thiel is CrossFit Level II Certified, Kettlebell Certified, and Olympic Weightlifting Certified He coaches boot camps and is available for one on one training. Zach has competed in Powerlifting and been active in CrossFit for 2 years. He has experience in large and small group ages including all fitness levels and ages. Be ready to change your body and work hard in Zach’s programs!

Nate Turner

Nate Turner, M.Ed., CSCS is the owner and Director of Training for Sport Speed Austin, a youth sports performance program for athletes aged 7-17.

From 2007-2008, Nate served as Director of Training for the Parisi Speed School in Cleveland, OH, working with over a thousand athletes of all ages, including elite high school and college athletes in a variety of sports, several NFL players, and the Cleveland Gladiators Arena Football League team.  A member of PowerBar Team Elite since 2001, Nate worked with Lance Armstrong on his off-season strength and flexibility program in 2001-2002 and again in 2003.

Nate and his wife Kristen have three kids, Austin (9), Autumn (7) and Landon (3).  When he’s not spending time with them, you can find him flipping tires and pushing the Prowler at SicFit, flying down the trail on his mountain bike, or playing poker with the boys.

Michael Winchester

Michael Winchester has been involved in elite athletics his entire life, playing collegiate soccer for four years at Stetson University. He is a Level I CrossFit Certified Trainer with extensive experience and knowledge in Soccer and Track & Field. Michael has trained aspiring collegiate footballers for the past six years and knows what it takes to reach the next level of athletic performance. He has an unwavering passion for the continued development (personal, professional and health) of himself and those around him and is available for one-on-one or small group training.
