  • What to Expect:

The Strength and Olympic lifting class will provide athletes with work on their technique in the Olympic lifts and strength gains. Classes will include drills on how to improve the clean, power clean, and snatch. The classes are for all skill levels and athlete’s who have a desire to work on and improve on increasing strength and power as well as performing the lifts themselves. Plus… its fun to throw around heavy weight!

The program is 2 days a week and is limited to only 10 people per class.
$200/per month

Monday/Wednesday 6:45am

Monday/Wednesday 5:15pm

Monday/Wednesday 6:15pm

*Each Class Time is Limited to only 10 People
