-Ring dip
-1-arm overhead KB walking lunge (24 kg/16 kg)
-Sandbag run to Hancock (70#/50#)

A. Snatch Balance 2-2-2-2-2 (work on speed under the bar — lock it out with NO press: AFAP).
B. Sots Press 2-2-2-2-2 (goes as heavy as you can: keep your weight back and midline stable).
