Based on some interesting conversations we had this morning, I’m interested to know: WHAT SUPPLEMENTS DO YOU TAKE, if any?

0530 Garage Gym Rx: Warm up, Mobility/Stretching.

0630 Garage Gym Rx: Lynne: 5 rounds (each for max reps): bodyweight bench press, pullups.

    The only performance enhancing remedy I take is essence of pisces. And glucosamin/chondrotin/msm.
