Body-weight day: 110 reps of each movement… SHA-BANGLES!

A Warmup.

B. Deck of FUN: (use 1 deck of UNO cards…)
***For each card drawn, perform movement correlated to the color. # of reps = # on card.***
-Green: Pull-up.
-Yellow: Squat.
-Blue: Push-up.
-Red: Sit-up.
-Wild: Burpees (# determined by next card drawn).

C. Stretch/Mobility.
