SICFIT 12-02-10

A. Warm-up:
-Run 825 m.
-3 rounds: 10 burpees, 50 double unders.
-1 tabata cycle: alternating virtual PVC pull-ups/squat jumps.

B. “Winona” (thanks for the name, Jacob):
*10-1:
-Deadlift
-Push Press
-Power Clean
M: 135#, W: 95#.

C. Stretch/Mobility.
