Mark, the birthday boy and Firas post SICFIT @ Torchy’s.

Aaron Arehardt is quite literally one of the leanest, meanest individuals we know. OK so maybe he’s not mean, but he sure as shit is lean. Aaron has come onto the CrossFit Central staff through the mentorship program, and continues to learn and develop under Coach Gregory. He is a deep well of knowledge, and his passion for all things elite fitness is surpassed only by his desire to get STRONG (strength cycle, anyone? 😉

SICFIT 11-30-10

A. Warm up. Then, 300 single unders, 1 minute max double unders.

B. Muscle Up Skill Work: 15 minutes.

C. Aaron’s B-Day Special!

-31 seconds hold chin over bar
-31 seconds hold active squat
-31 seconds hold ring dip extension
-31 seconds hold HSPU

D. Tabata shuttle run (20 yards).

    I’m so glad I’m not as old as you 🙂 Was a fun bday workout – minus the shuttle runs at the end!
