A. Warmup: jog 820m, 3 rounds: 2 strict pull-ups, 4 pushups, 6 squats, 3 rounds: 10 KB deadlift, 10 Russian swings, dynamic movements, 20 squat jumps, 10 burpees, 1 minute single-unders, 1 minute double-unders.

B. 3×5 pullups at 25% BW.

C. 3×5 OHS.

D. Running Elizabeth. 21-15-9:
-Squat cleans @ 135#/95#
-Ring dips
-Run 250 yds. with plate @ 45#/25#
