I don’t really know what to say! Extremely proud of all of our athletes. All we know right now are PR’s. Doesn’t matter the workout or lift – it’s all PR’s all the time. Congrats to Ingrid and Chardonnay (both PR’d Fran this morning) and to Firas for surviving his first ever Fran (he finished in 3:21… not too shabby).

SICFIT 11-15-10

A. Warmup: Run ~825 m, 50 burpees, 100 double-unders.
B. Roll out thoracic spine (5 min), shoulder mobility (5 min), hip mobility (5 min).
C. Work up to a 1-rep max SPLIT JERK.
D. Fran: 21-15-9: thursters (95#/65#), pull-ups.
E. Extra credit: 50 hip extensions.
