This SICFIT Austin coach is big, sure. But he’s also pretty mobile. Well done Coach Gregory.

SICFIT 11-05-10

Mobility/Recovery:

-15 minutes trigger point: IT band, psoas, piriformis.
-15 minute warmup: whatever you have to do to get warm… get 100 double-unders in there.
-10 minutes: shoulders: keg drill, band work.
-10 minutes: hamstrings: dead bug drill, hamstring stretches.
-10 minutes: hips: sit in a squat for 5 minutes, lateral lunge hold right and left.
