A. Warmup:
-Run 825 m, 3 rounds of Cindy (strict pull-ups), 100 double-unders (work for sub 1 minute).

B. SNATCH Practice:
-Snatch deadlift 3×3 (as heavy as possible).
-Snatch high-pulls 3×3 (medium – power!).
-High-hang snatch 3×3 (light – speed!).
-OHS 3×3 (as heavy as possible).
-Squat snatch 3×1 (tie it all together, up the weight as you go, always maintain good form).
