Today we begin to dial-in on the intricacies of the Clean.

A. Clean skill-work:
-Clean Deadlift 3×3 (Heavy)
-Clean Pull 3×3 (Medium – POWER!)
-Hang Clean 3×3 (Light – SPEED!)
-Front Squat 3×3 (Heavy)

B. Kettlebell skill-work (24 kg/16 kg):
*3 Rounds (not for time):
-5 Deadlift (R & L: keep the bell outside the legs)
-5 Clean and Press (R & L)
-5 Snatch (R & L)

C. 30 Deck sit-ups (for time) with 24 kg/16 kg kettlebell.
