A. Overhead complex: 1 Strict Press, 2 Push Press, 3 Push Jerk. x3. Work up to your heaviest load possible.

B. Partner workout:
-Run 440 yds. / Max rep pullups
-Run 440 yds. / Max rep KB swings (24 kg/16kg)
-Run 440 yds. / Max rep OHS (95#/65#)
-Run 440 yds. / Max rep squat cleans (95#/65#)

*Person 1 runs while Person 2 completes max-rep pullups. When P1 returns from run, P1 completes max-rep pullups while P2 runs. Continue on in this fashion until the workout is complete.

**Score = Time – # of combined reps (as a team) for all 4 movements (1 rep = 1 second). Fastest time wins.

Today’s 0530 and 0630 scores:
-Jacob/Nick: 846 seconds (workout) – 154 (reps) = 692 seconds total.
-Crystal Mc/Coach W: 1000 – 266 = 734.
-Ingrid/Brittany: 1028 – 257 = 771.
-Aaron/Firas: 1022 – 249 = 773.
-Mark/ Brian: 1025 – 202 = 823.
-Chardonnay/George: 1049 – 222 = 827.
