November programs have started. This month I want everyone to give thanks for the things we have in this life – friends, family, homes, food and community. READ THIS BLOG and see if any of the things on her list might also be on your list. I highly encourage anyone who reads this blog to take some time out of your day and make a list of 100 things that you are thankful for. You might be surprised at what you find…

SICFIT 10-25-10

A. Front squat 3×10 @ 70% of front squat max.
B. Clean pulls 3×2 @ 90% of clean max.
C. Clean deadlift 3×1 @ 105% of clean max.
D. 3 rounds for time: 15 hang power cleans (135/95), 15 burpees.
