Got Recovery?

Recovery, it does a body good. Drink as much water as you can over the weekend.

SICFIT Recovery 10-22-10:

-10 minutes of Trigger Point. Find your problem area and grind it out.
-15 minutes of Indian runs while 1 person walks a sled (45#). Rotate through all athletes on the sled.
-20 Back squats and 20 shoulder press @ light weight (95ish/75ish squats; 65ish/45ish press).
-25 minutes stretching: IT band, outside hip and glute, hip flexor, groin, quads.

    this “drink as much water as you can” thing is already causing a “go to the bathroom all the time” thing…
