SICFIT 10-18-10:

A. Warmup:
-Run N. Loop
-2 rounds: 10 squats, 10 pushups, 10 rotations.
-2 rounds: 5R/5L 1-arm pushups, 10R/10L 1-leg lunges, 20 Russian twists.

B1. Back squat: 20 @40%, 15 @50%, 10 @60%, 5 @70%.
B2. 10 unbroken strict pull ups. *10 burpee penalty for coming off the bar, every time you come off.

C. Sled pull 35ft, sled drag 35ft. x5 @ 180#/135#. SPEED, SPEED, SPEED!
