Recovery day at SICFIT Austin: 10-14-10

-900 m run, 250 m row.
-10 pass-throughs w/PVC, 2x cat/cow stretch w/PVC, right latissimus dorsi and left latissimus dorsi stretch w/PVC, 5 dislocates with PVC, 10 pass-throughs w/PVC.
-20 windmills with 16kg/8kg.
-20 m inchworm w/scorpion.
-2 rounds: 10 squats, 10 pushups, 10 strict pullups.
-10 minutes of 5-way shoulder mobility with elastic bands attached to pullup bars.
-5×1 Press @ 85%.

A much needed opportunity to actively recover for our athletes. Everyone showed up ready to slow it down and get the blood moving, joints opening, and muscles lengthening. Good day. Full stop.
