As athletes, we all strive to reach higher and higher levels of fitness through pushing our bodies and our minds. What is often neglected is, ironically, one of the most important aspects of what we do: recovery and mobility.

A sharp focus on nutrition and bodyworkers is great, but to really take it to the next level, it’s up to you (all of us) to constantly work on ourselves… Do you Trigger Point in front of the TV? Do you keep up with Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD Blog (you should, we do).

Stay mobile to keep you agile and make you HOSTILE!
