Jump – arms long, extend the hips violently.

Land – lock it out overhead, and stand.

No longer just a dirty word or the title of a movie: SNATCH is a word that we love and cherish. It describes one of the most explosive and quickest movements in all of sports. It is an olympic event. The Ancient Greeks would be proud.

At SICFIT Austin, Coach Zachary Thiel trains the snatch along with with a variety other movements to maximize his athlete’s explosive power. Through his programming, athlete’s will get strong, quick and explosive. The final result? Enhanced athletic performance, strength, flexibility and agility.
