Today’s workout will showcase power in short bursts. Don’t be fooled… Our athlete’s quickly nicknamed this one the Lactic Acid Limbo when they felt the intense burn in their legs and arms.

09-30-10 SICFIT:

A. Press 5×5 @ 60%.

B. Sled Drag 20 yards (10 down, 10 back).

C. 21-15-9: Ring Dips & Hang Power Clean @ 135/95.
