Objective: Intervals.

Graph of today’s athlete’s intervals. Try to keep your delta to a minimum. Positive delta = pimptastic.

SICFIT 09-28-10

A. Mobility. Groin and hips:
-Inch worm with scorpion 10 yards x5.
-Lateral lunge hold (20 seconds each side) x2.
-Yoga squat (20 seconds each side) x2.
-Partner squat 1 minute.
-Standing hip stretch (ankle on knee and partial squat) 20 seconds each leg x2.

B. In one minute, complete 10 unbroken pull ups and max rep burpees. Rest 90 seconds. x5.

C. 200 yard sprint. Rest 120 seconds. x4.
