Time to get red hot

Emily Baker gets ready for her squats. Emily showed well this past weekend at Fight Gone Bad 5, posting a score of 359. She is an up-and-comer amongst the women of SICFIT Austin and will look to place this year at Sectionals.

SICFIT Austin 9-27-10:

A. Back Squat 5×5 @ 60% of max. Focus is on explosiveness out of the bottom and SPEED.
B. Two rounds:
4 minutes double-unders,
3 minutes sandbag getups (60#/40#),
2 minutes KB swings (24kg/16kg),
1 minute HSPU.
Rest 3 minutes.
