Step into the arena. Be not afraid of impending failures: they are your bridge to new and unforeseen success. Devote yourself, no matter what the cost. Know defeat. Push your limitations and the limitations of man and one day they will look back and say “That is the one who did it first.” Step up and join the revolution.

Today’s SICFIT: Loosen up! 15 minutes: trigger point. 15 minutes: row 50 pulls, 10 bench press @ 45#, 10 air squats, 10 KB swings @ 24/16. 15 minutes: mobility WOD. 15 minutes: stretch.
