Do you fail? Why not?

Put up or shut up. This is one of the most simple ways it can be stated. Many people talk of PRs, big weights and fast times. But when it comes down to it, you are only as good as your last lift; you are only as good as your last workout. At SICFIT Austin, our athletes show up everyday ready to put up or be humbled. More often than not, they do the deed and get the work done. But they are not without their fair share of humbling experiences. Nor should they be. It is through these experiences that they learn their limitations and more importantly learn to PUSH PAST their limitations.

You cannot succeed in life without failure. If you are not failing, then your expectations are insufficient. Period.
