Firas & the Zercher squat: lumbar curve, upright torso, arms close to body, weight in heels, full depth and STAY TIGHT.

9-20-10 SICFIT: 5 rounds for time:

250 m run, 10 Zercher squat (135#/95#), 10 KB clean and press with backward lunge (24kg/16kg), 10 primers.
