Today’s skill work consisted of practicing the different components of the strict muscle up: hand placement, initial pull and the transition. Form over speed or power! Then on to a burner…

0530 WOD:

4 rounds: 4 strict pullups (hands in 4 different positions), 5 man-makers (40#/25#).

Chardonnay: 8:29. Ingrid: 11:24. Jacob: 10:40.

0630 WOD:

4 rounds: 1 lap around building with KBs in front rack position (20kg/16kg), 4 strict pullups, 5 man-makers (40#/25#).

Brian: 12:14. Mark: 12:32. Firas: 12:42 (24kg KB and 45# dumbbells). Emily: 13:30.
