Our ladies bench. They put the plates on the bar and DO WORK. They don’t complain when they have to use the same weights as the men. They put up and shut up (the competition). And the best part? They keep coming back for more…

These two promise to be Games competitors this year. Ingrid Kantola and Chardonnay Poole are two of the most naturally gifted athletes I have had the privilege of working with – their work ethic and willingness to sacrifice to become the best are what will set them apart and take them to the next level.
