The snatch is one of the most complex and explosive movements in all of sports. Dial in your technique this Saturday at our first olympic lifting seminar, led by Zachary Thiel and Michael Gregory.

SICFIT Austin offers two programs with the same goal: to make athletic and powerful individuals. The olympic lifting program focuses on strength and conditioning for power with a focus on the olympic lifts. Garage Gym Rx builds on the foundations of strength and metabolic conditioning already laid by its participants to develop them into elite level specialists in general physical preparedness.
