Garage Gym Rx
SICFIT Austin’s Garage Gym Rx program is a no BS program with a straightforward approach for serious athletes. Our curriculum combines several of the most proven performance training and muscular recovery methods in North America: Underground Strength™ training, Center for Athletic Performance Elite™ conditioning, CrossFit™ and CrossFit Football™ power work, Strongman™ lifting and Russian Kettlebell™ agility. These methods combined with a program improving an athlete’s muscle recovery, neuro-endocrine response, whole nutrition, advanced supplementation, Olympic weight lifting, and body weight gymnastic movements have been proven to greatly increase athletic performance while decreasing injury potential.
We use anything and everything to increase our athletes’ strength, power, agility, endurance and mobility; all paths lead toward reaching full physical and mental potential and athletic dominance.
